Shipping & Returns


United States Shipping

Orders ship out within five business days, depending on where they are warehoused; most orders will actually be shipped the next business day. All shipping takes place on BUSINESS days, not on weekends or holidays. We only ship and do NOT have a pick up location. Customers with a shipping address in California will be charged California Sales Tax.

Domestic areas served include the contiguous states, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

No Post Office Boxes for UPS and Federal Express

If shipping by UPS or FedEx, and payment is through PayPal, please make sure the address we receive from PayPal is not a P. O. Box. We need a physical street address in order to ship out your order through UPS or FedEx.

Military Shipping (APO/FPO)

For APO/FPO shipments, please include the following at check out:

  • Address 1: Grade/Rank/Rating and full name including middle initial.
  • Address 2: Unit and Unit number, Consolidated Mail Room Number, PSC Number, or Ship.
  • City: Enter APO or FPO as appropriate.
  • State: AA, AE, or AP.
  • Country: United States.

The following USPS shipping method is available for military post offices:

  • Priority Mail: provides tracking to "major destinations" only; allow 1-3 weeks for delivery.

International Shipping

International orders apply to CDs only, and are shipped via USPS, under the following options:

  • Priority Mail: provides tracking to "major destinations" only; allow 1-3 weeks for delivery.
  • Budget: First Class (Overseas): We add a surcharge for tracking. Allow 3-8 weeks for delivery.

Tracking

For trackable shipments, you will receive an automated e-mail with your tracking number 24 hours after your item ships. Please make sure your e-mail spam settings allow emails from postmaster@MusicStudioStore.com.

Please wait 3 business days before requesting tracking information. When requesting any information about your order please include your ID used for the purchase.

As with U.S. shipping, all international shipping takes place on BUSINESS days, not on weekends or holidays. We have absolutely no control over customs; how long they take or how they assess packages; so please understand this and be patient in receiving your order if you are outside of the United States.

Import Duties and Charges

International Buyers Please Note: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up; do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. U. S. and international government regulations prohibit marking of merchandise values below value or as "gifts." As stated above, no refund will be provided for items returned because duty charges have been refused.

Electrical products made for North America only

All Electrical items that we sell are U.S. Voltage only. For this reason, we only ship electrical items within the U. S., including military post offices which send overseas, and to Canada. Please keep the above in mind when purchasing. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us before committing to buy.

To cancel your order:

  • you can notify us by email to Postmaster@GoKaraokeMachine.com before we have dispatched the goods to you; or
  • where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in unused condition.

Refund Limitations/Non-Returnable Products

Except for the refund limitations listed below, you can return goods you have ordered from us at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please within 14 days of receipt contact Postmaster@GoKaraokeMachine.com for a Return Authorization Number. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.

We understand that at times you may find you made an unsuitable choice of a product that is non-returnable. Please contact us by email within 14 days of purchase to explain the mistake in choice, and we will assist you in identifying a similar product you can use, and listing the non-returnable product on eBay.

1. Not returnable: OPENED CDS: Opened published material cannot be returned due to copyright law. This includes books, videotapes, DVDs and CDs. However, if you are not computer literate and wish our assistance marketing the product on eBay WITHIN 14 DAYS OF PURCHASE, please contact us by email to make your request.

2. Not returnable: MICROPHONES OR IN-EAR PRODUCTS: Personal use items that are used near your mouth or in your ear cannot be returned once opened due to health laws. This includes all microphones, guitar talk boxes, ear plugs, and in-ear earphones.

3. Not returnable: GIFT CERTIFICATES.

4. Not returnable: DISPOSABLE PRODUCTS which have been opened (rosin, cork grease).

5. Not returnable: In addition to the above 4 exceptions, no refund will be provided if:

  • the product has been used;
  • the product was customized specifically for you.
  • the item was returned by USPS because customs and other fees were refused at time of delivery;
  • an item claimed not received was sent by a method not fully trackable; items must be returned to us for refund.

The provisions of this shipping policy do not affect your statutory rights.
